Wrestler and actor Dwayne Johnson seems to be in good spirits following emergency surgery on Monday, tweeting from his hospital bed, “Superman is on the mend.”
On his training regimen for "G.I. Joe," Johnson explained, “With every role comes a different training program. This one in particular was 12-14 weeks of diet, conditioning, training… Training was challenging, which was awesome. It started off at 4:00 AM.”

Johnson told Maria he gets to “kick a** all over the place” and revealed he is the “alpha” on set. Staying in top shape for the role, Dwayne explained, “By the time I get to set 7, 8 o'clock in the morning I've already worked out twice and I am ready to go.”

Marking the biggest April opening of all time, "Fast Five" was supposed to open in June, but Universal took a chance and pushed "Five" up when "Super 8" was slotted for the same release date.
