Michael Jackson's will was filed on Wednesday in L.A.

"Extra" has obtained a copy of Michael Jackson's will, filed Wednesday in Los Angeles. Diana Ross is in -- Debbie Rowe is out!

The King of Pop estimated he was worth more than $500 million in 2002. The estate was bequeathed entirely to a trust.

Jackson left nothing to ex-wife Debbie Rowe and named his mother Katherine Jackson as guardian of his three children. If Katherine were unable to act as guardian, Jackson named close friend Diana Ross to serve in her stead.

June 26, 2009 Remembered

Michael Jackson and Diana Ross co-starred together in 1978's "The Wiz" and the Motown maven says she "can't stop crying" since she heard about Jackson's sudden death.

Ross says, "I am unable to imagine this. My heart is hurting. I am in prayer for his kids and the family."

Ross and Jackson were close since he appeared onto the music scene in the 1960s. The pop phenomenon's 1988 hit "Dirty Diana" was rumored to be written about Ross.
