Security surrounding the area is tight, and the only way to access the island is by boat. Sources say Demi is "chilling out."

Moore, who entered the ritzy rehab last month, has kept a low profile and has managed to stay out of the public eye after being rushed to the hospital for seizure-like symptoms on Jan. 23.
