Courtney Love to Sue Over Leaked Court Documents

Courtney Love plans to sue over leaked "confidential" deposition papers filed by her daughter, Francis Bean Cobain. According to the NY Post, the documents alleged Love's drug use, and claimed the family dog and cat died as a result of her drug-induced behavior.

The paperwork was filed in 2009 when Francis was seeking a restraining order against her mom. Love's attorney, James Janowitz, is investigating how website, The Fix, and a new e-book, "Courtney Comes Clean," was able to directly quote statements from the papers.

Lindsay Lohan

In May of 2010 Lohan was ordered to attended weekly alcohol classes due to her previous arrest for DUI in 2007. On July 6, 2010 she reappeared in court for failure to attend her alcohol classes and she was sentenced to 90 days in jail. On July 20, 2010 Lindsay turned herself in.

Winona Ryder

In 2001, Ryder was arrested for shoplifting a reported $5,500 worth of merchandise from Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills.

Chris Brown

Brown was charged with two felonies on March 5, 2009, after hitting his girlfriend Rihanna during a heated argument.

Nicole Richie

Richie was sentenced to three years probation in July 2007 after she pled guilty to driving under the influence of drugs.

Paris Hilton

Hilton violated her probation by driving on a suspended license in May 2007 and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.
