Actress Courteney Cox's recent trip to St. Barths with "Cougar Town" co-star Josh Hopkins caught the paparazzi's attention, along with her amazing bikini bod. The paps managed to snap a photo of Cox in the water after one side of her bikini top accidentally slipped off, and when she mentioned the incident to David Letterman on his show, the host pulled out the photo.
"They actually did get something... I had a little nipple slip," Cox admitted. Right on cue, Letterman showed the photo of the bikini malfunction and a surprised Courteney laughed, "Wow, Dave, that's not pixilated or anything!"

Share This"Extra" correspondent Jerry Penacoli caught up with actors Courteney Cox and David Arquette at the premiere of their film "Scream 4" -- and as they both posed for pictures, they seemed happy to be joking around. Could this mean they may get back together?
"I don't know. We're not divorced," Cox said. "We couldn't be in a better place. It's better than before we were separated because we're getting to know each other in a different way."
The old gang is back together a decade after their first terrifying experience with the Ghostface killer. Original cast members, Courteney Cox, David Arquette and Neve Campbell are joined by Emma Roberts, Kristen Bell, and Hayden Panettiere, in the fourth installment of Wes Craven's "Scream" series.
Emma Roberts co-stars in the flick as Neve's cousin, Jill. Although Roberts was only 5 when "Scream" debuted in theaters, she tells "Extra," "I was terrified, but a big fan. I don't think I watched one 'Scream' without covering my eyes at some point."
The stars are out and about -- with their little ones! "Extra" brings you pics of the celebrities and their adorable children!

"Extra's" Renee Bargh talked to the "Scream 4" actress about her ex, David Arquette, and his road to healing.

The two were spotted together in Malibu last weekend and Renee asked Courteney how she felt about the new and improved Arquette. Cox exclaimed, "Oh my God, I'm so proud of him!" She went on to say, "Best he's ever looked! He's so cute that I'm like, dude, I don't understand. Really?! Why are you that cute right now?"
Reese Witherspoon will walk down the aisle for the second time -- at her Ojai, California home on Saturday, March 26.
