Actress Courteney Cox is also looking for closure in her marriage to David Arquette, and has filed her own divorce petition.
Like Arquette, she asked for joint physical custody of 8-year-old Coco, and filed without a lawyer and made no mention of a pre-nuptial agreement, reports TMZ.Actor David Arquette is making his split official… he filed for divorce from estranged wife Courteney Cox.
TMZ reports Arquette filed the documents on Tuesday, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce and asking for joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, Coco, who turns 8 on Wednesday.Actress Jennifer Aniston celebrated her 43rd birthday with beau Justin Theroux and a throng of A-list pals at an upscale party held last Saturday in a penthouse suite at the famed Chateau Marmont hotel on Sunset Strip.

In a very revealing conversation with Sirius XM radio host Howard Stern, Courteney Cox said her sex life has been non-existent since her split with husband David Arquette.
Despite rumors of the actress hooking up with "Cougar Town" co-star Josh Hopkins, she said, "I have not had sex. It's been about a year."
Based on this interview with Cox, and prior chats with Arquette, Stern attributes the couple's breakdown to sex issues, but Cox divulged that it was more than their bedroom problems that caused their breakup.
