Nick Fury is assembling the Avengers for a brand new mission… the Oscars! The Academy announced today that Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Samuel L. Jackson, Jeremy Renner and Mark Ruffalo will be presenters at the February 24 ceremony.
Actress Minka Kelly and Chris Evans are definitely back together. The two, who dated in 2007, were recently spotted around town and in a kissing session in Studio City.caught on camera, does have some of Evans’ friends a little concerned. A source told Us Weekly, “She did a number on him back then (in 2007)… but she reached out to Chris this time.”
As news spread of a gunman opening fire at a midnight showing of “Dark Knight Rises” in an Aurora, Colo. movie theater in early Friday morning, killing at least 12 people, Hollywood reacted via their Twitter accounts.

Marvel Studios and parent company Disney announced Thursday that a sequel to last year's superhero hit "Captain America: The First Avenger" will debut in theaters on April 4, 2014.
Chris Evans, who starred as the patriotic fighter in the first film, will reprise his stand-alone role in the followup.
Marvel revealed that the sequel will pick up where "The Avengers" (out May 4) leaves off, "as Steve Rogers continues his affiliation with Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D. and struggles to embrace his role in the modern world."

Actress Charlize Theron joined Bethesda Softworks in L.A.'s Chinatown last Friday to host the official launch party for "Rage," a new video game.
