Embracing her newfound freedom with a sense of humor, Lindsay Lohan pokes some fun at herself in Sunday night's 2010 MTV Video Music Awards opening.
As the show's host, Chelsea Handler, makes her way to the stage, she runs into Lilo who demands to know if Handler is drunk. When Chelsea says no, Lohan asks, "Then why is your ankle bracelet going off?" Handler explained it just meant her table at Cheesecake Factory was ready.
Comedian Chelsea Handler doesn't foresee any problems when she hosts the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards Sunday -- but she'll be prepared, just in case.
"I have a BB gun and a water gun in case things get really hectic. I wouldn't put it past Kanye to run up on stage and interrupt me, but good luck with that," Handler confided to "Extra."
CNN's Larry King and his pal Ryan Seacrest hosted the "Larry King Live: Disaster in the Gulf: How You Can Help" Telethon Monday night -- raising $1.8 million to help clean up the nation's worst environmental disaster.
"Extra" was there to document the many A-listers lending a hand, including Cameron Diaz, Nicole Richie, Kathy Griffin, Jenny McCarthy, Chelsea Handler and more.
On her show E! Network show "Chelsea Lately," comedian Chelsea Handler responded with the appropriate amount of snark to Radaronline's "leak" of a graphic, decade-old sex tape.
"Number one, thanks for ruining my surprise Christmas gift for my staff," Handler quipped. "And two, I made it as a joke and put it on an audition tape for a comedy club because I'm a COMEDIAN. I've been showing it at parties for f***king YEARS!"

Jen joked that New Jersey had a distinctive "smell" on "Chelsea Lately," and Staub was none too pleased to have jokes made about her hometown. Danielle asked Aniston via Us Weekly, "Why don't you see more of New Jersey before you say it smells?"
Staub continued, "I would love to hang out with her. I hear she is really fabulous -- but she really shouldn't say that. If you land in Newark and leave out of Newark, yeah, you will think NJ smells. But you can't judge it by one part. If it was so bad, I wouldn't be living here for 22 years."
Danielle, who lives in "the good-smelling part" of Jersey, extended an open invitation to Aniston to visit her home in the Garden State. "I will personalize a tour and take her to a fabulous lunch on me afterwards. All homemade Italian food, and a tour of all the wonderfully smelling places in New Jersey before I take you to a luncheon, my treat."
