Chace Crawford was arrested just after midnight Thursday for possession of marijuana in Plano, Texas.

The "Gossip Girl" heartthrob was busted in the Ringo's Rub parking lot and charged with a misdemeanor for having less than two ounces of pot, reports TMZ.

The stars were out Saturday evening in New York City to help celebrate QVC at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and Fashion for Haiti.

"Gossip Girl" stars Chace Crawford and Kelly Rutherford attended the star-studded event which supported QVC and Fashion for Haiti, and featured a fashionable T-shirt developed to aid Haiti relief efforts.

A host of celebrities, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Forest Whitaker, Emmy Rossum, Jason Bateman and Chace Crawford are asking the public to email Senators to support the Clean Energy Jobs & American Power Act.

In a new PSA, DiCaprio says, "Everyone knows we have a dependence on foreign oil -- oil we buy from countries that don't share our values."

The bill is designed to break foreign oil's stranglehold on the US and to reduce carbon pollution and create jobs.

The Parents Television Council is taking aim at Hollywood's favorite Upper East Siders.

The Council has asked the CW Network to pull an upcoming episode of "Gossip Girl," which will feature a steamy threesome with the show's main characters.

"To include a storyline like this on a program that is expressly targeted to impressionable teenagers is reckless and irresponsible," PTC President Tim Winter says in a statement. "We are asking each CW Network affiliate to use their common sense and preempt this episode."

Ads teasing the "Gossip Girl" threesome began airing this week on the CW.

"CW has been defending graphic content on 'Gossip Girl' by asserting that they don't target teenagers," Winter continues. "Such a claim doesn't even pass the 'laugh test.' The network's own promotions talk about the program as a 'parent's worst nightmare.' How many 30-year olds care what their parents think? Zero. Only a teenager would be responsive to a parental 'forbidden fruit' marketing ploy like that, and CW knows it."

Winter warns that the "PTC will monitor this episode very closely" and the group "will not hesitate to contact local and national advertisers; and if this program violates broadcast decency law, rest assured that our members will contact the Federal Communications Commission."

This isn't the first time the PTC has been up in arms over the show. In 2008, they took issue with an ad campaign that featured a shirtless Chace Crawford in bed with an older woman, and Ed Westwick feeding a cherry suggestively to Leighton Meester.

According to the NY Daily News, Chace and Bar shared intimate moments this weekend at New York City hotspot 1Oak. The report states that the actor and the Sports Illustrated cover girl were "dancing on each other, swaying their hips together from side to side" in the club.

A source dished to the paper, "At one point, Bar reached down and grabbed Chace's backside. They were very affectionate with each other. Bar and Chace have been spending a lot of time together since Bar is town attending NY Fashion Week events."

Crawford, 24, was recently snapped smooching "Twilight" star Ashley Greene. Bar, also 24, broke things off with Leonardo DiCaprio in June.
