The battle between Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Brooke Mueller went back to court today with a restraining order filed against Sheen on Tuesday. It wasn't always this way between the couple, and "Extra" recalls the happy relationship they once shared.
In a past "Extra" interview with a blissful Mueller and Sheen, we asked who was more neurotic and organized; Charlie pointed to himself. Brooke confessed she's the one who "always forgets stuff." In 2008, Brooke said, "I do," and a year later, Max and Bob were born.
After Charlie Sheen's 23-month old twins were removed by authorities Tuesday evening, the actor continued his media onslaught -- this time targeting his most recent ex, Brooke Mueller.
Sheen tells TMZ he would like to remedy the situation on their own, but given the temporary restraining order against him, it looks as though they will battle it out in court.
A source close to Brooke Mueller came to "Extra" to deny reports that Brooke and ex-husband Charlie Sheen are moving back in together. The source adds that Brooke and Charlie are just friends and are not reuniting.
"Extra" has also learned Sheen just purchased a new home for Brooke and their twin sons, Max and Bob. The home is conveniently located just down the street from Sheen.
Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller filed their divorce settlement papers Thursday in L.A. County Superior Court.
"Extra" obtained the divorce settlement documents, which details custody arrangements for their twin sons. Mueller and Sheen will have joint custody of the twins with Mueller cited as the primary caregiver.
Brooke Mueller, reality star and former wife of Charlie Sheen, is reportedly in talks to become a contestant on the upcoming season of "Dancing with the Stars." According to RadarOnline, a source revealed, "No formal offer has been made yet, but Brooke is a huge fan of the show, and would probably agree to appear given the opportunity."
The source added, "Brooke wants to make sure, however, that if she does go on the show, it won't adversely affect her sobriety. She is working very, very hard at staying sober, and she is committed to her recovery."
Socialite Paris Hilton is excited about her new reality show, now titled "The World According to Paris" -- and she says you'll get to go where she goes... with cameras following her every move.
"I've never given this much access to any camera crew in my life," Hilton explained to "Extra," adding, "We shoot from the moment I wake up until I go to bed, so it's everything that's happening in that day. There's a lot of drama that goes on."
New BFFs Paris Hilton and Brooke Mueller sat down with Paris' mother, Kathy, and her aunt, Kyle Richards (of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and "Extra's" special correspondent), to reveal tidbits about their new reality show for Oxygen.
The show, not yet named, follows Paris and Brooke as they cope with real life. "My real life, my real friends and real family," Paris said, adding, "We're having the best time."
Mueller, who recently announced her divorce from husband Charlie Sheen, was a little frazzled by aggressive photographers. "Ever since we've been doing the show, paparazzi have been just stalking me. They're camped outside my house. They follow me everywhere!"
In an interview airing Monday on "Extra," Brooke Mueller talks about her estranged husband Charlie Sheen, as Sheen files for divorce.
