Their bitter, multi-million-dollar divorce was official just ten weeks ago, but are Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller contemplating a reconciliation? Winning?!
Mueller, who appears on her good pal Paris Hilton's reality show, "The World According to Paris," said she's been "hanging out" with Sheen at his home since his last goddess, Natalie Kenly, ditched the wacky actor.
The day after it was announced that Charlie Sheen will be the center of a hot roasting on Comedy Central, TMZ reported ex-wife Brooke Mueller doesn't want her name mentioned. Sources close to Mueller explained that she wants to be "completely off limits" during what promises to be a harsh belittling on Comedy Central.
If the comedians and Sheen do not comply with Mueller's request, she may take legal action. "He better not go there," the source warned. "Going there" might violate the couple's divorce settlement - which prohibits Charlie from discussing Brooke's past drug use.

"Extra" caught up with Brooke Mueller at the Argyle Salon while she was getting ready for the Starlight Children's Foundation gala on Saturday.
Mueller, who filed a restraining order against Charlie Sheen earlier this month, said their twins, Bob and Max, are doing well. "The boys are having a wonderful time. Everybody's healthy and happy."
Reality TV star Paris Hilton visited The Grove to chat with "Extra" host Mario Lopez about her new Oxygen show, BFF Brooke Mueller -- and boyfriend, Cy Waits.
It's been 11 months, so almost a year together. I'm so happy," gushed Hilton about Waits. "He's such an incredible person and makes me feel so safe."
One minute Charlie Sheen sends his affectionate sentiments to his sons, saying, "Bob and Max, Daddy loves you," and the next minute he declares war with their mother, Brooke Mueller. "If you're watching, tell Mom to leave the room. It's on!"
In response to his meltdown, ex-wife Denise Richards reportedly doesn't want Sheen near his daughters, Sam and Lola, and has hired a new lawyer.
Charlie Sheen's latest rant was via radio on Boston's Mix 104.1. The "winning" actor dropped a few more of his "Sheen-isms": "I watch all of you guys weep into your diapers in my rearview mirror. I've been blessed with a new brain and I'm usin' it... sorry!"
The battle of he-said-she-said with ex-wife Brooke Mueller also continues to escalate. Mueller claimed her ex sent an anti-Semitic text about his agent Mark Burg, before Charlie quickly fired back that it was really Brooke who sent the text in hopes of making him look bad. Brooke has now reportedly asked a judge for Sheen's phone records to prove her innocence.
The battle between Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Brooke Mueller went back to court today with a restraining order filed against Sheen on Tuesday. It wasn't always this way between the couple, and "Extra" recalls the happy relationship they once shared.
In a past "Extra" interview with a blissful Mueller and Sheen, we asked who was more neurotic and organized; Charlie pointed to himself. Brooke confessed she's the one who "always forgets stuff." In 2008, Brooke said, "I do," and a year later, Max and Bob were born.
