Actress Demi Moore is one step closer to divorcing Ashton Kutcher, after filing papers in Los Angeles on Thursday. The former couple split more than a year ago, and Kutcher officially filed for divorce in December. Both cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for ending the six-year marriage.

Demi, 50, is seeking spousal support from her “Two and a Half Men” ex, who reportedly earns $24 million per year. She would also like the 35-year-old to pay her attorney fees.
