Is a "Full House" movie in the works?
Just like Michelle Tanner always said, "You got it, dude!"

John Stamos, who played Uncle Jesse, says he's "working on a movie idea," but it won't feature the original sitcom's cast.
"It wouldn't be us playing us," Stamos tells New York's Daily News. "I'm not 100 percent sure, but it would probably take place in the first few years [of the sitcom]."
Stamos says "Milk" star James Franco would be perfect as Uncle Jesse. Adding, "I see Steve Carell as Danny Tanner [originally played by Bob Saget] and Tracy Morgan as Joey Gladstone [originated by Dave Coulier] because he's funny."
"Full House" ran for eight seasons and wrapped in 1995. Stamos tells the paper he still keeps in touch with his co-stars. "We're all very close," he said. "I saw Ashley [Olsen] a couple weeks ago. Bob and Dave, I see a lot."
Stamos, 45, is a presenter for the Tony Awards on June 7 and he's set to headline the upcoming revival of the hit musical "Bye Bye Birdie" on Broadway.
Millionaire twin Ashley Olsen posed for the summer issue of VMAN Magazine, and the article touches on everything from the 22-year-old's fashion endeavors to the media and her equally famous twin, Mary-Kate.
Olsen covered her blonde locks with a dark brown wig for the shoot to promote her fall 2009 menswear line. She reveals, "To touch a man who has a soft sweater on, a soft pant, a great jacket... or something that as a woman, I want to take off him and put on and feel sexy in. (sic)" The petite fashion icon also shows off her bod in a shot of her wearing a bra and men's slacks.
Ashley is focusing on designing, while her sister continues to work on acting. While they now have different career paths, Olsen confesses she still sees her twin ten times a day.
She tells the mag she avoids blogging and says, "I don't read any of that... it's just so destructive." The "Full House" starlet also admits, "I haven't really done anything since to be a celebrity."
VMAN Magazine's summer 2009 issue hits newsstands today.
Ashley Olsen and new BF actor Justin Bartha danced at JET at the Mirage after dining at trendy eatery Stack in Las Vegas.

"Full House" ended its TV run in 1995 -- but actor Bob Saget still loves his onscreen daughters, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen! The comedian defended the tiny twins after they were toasted by comics roasting Saget for a Comedy Central special.
During Bob's roast, several comedians made crude and sexual jokes about the 22-year-old sisters, who played "Michelle" on the hit show, turning their fame into a multi-million-dollar empire. The "How I Met Your Mother" star was upset by the hits on the mini moguls, telling the NY Post, "Anybody who talks about my TV kids -- that upsets me the most. I am very protective. I love them very, very much."
Catch the controversial roast when it airs August 17 on Comedy Central.
