Actress Ashley Judd and racecar driver Dario Franchitti have decided to part ways after more than a decade of marriage.
"We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We'll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity, and respect we have always enjoyed," Judd, 44, and Franchitti, 39, told People.com in a statement on Tuesday.Actress Ashley Judd set out this week to spark a conversation about the media's sexualization of women - and she managed to open a dialog all across the media.
"Extra" caught up with the "Missing" star at the Grove to talk about her controversial article, published on the Daily Beast, bluntly titled, "Ashley Judd Slaps the Media in the Face for Speculation Over Her 'Puffy' Appearance."
"I think the reason my piece, the conversation, has caught fire the way it has is because it isn't specific or exclusive to women in Hollywood. It's really touching a raw nerve in millions of girls and women everywhere, including boys and men," says Judd.
