A rep for Samberg confirmed the happy news to UsWeekly.

The 34-year-old funnyman met the 31-year-old musician through mutual friends. "He liked her music and would go to her shows," a pal told Us last year. "He had the biggest crush on her… they have great chemistry.”

“Extra’s” Ben Lyons hosted a special screening of the upcoming Adam Sandler/Andy Samberg comedy “That’s My Boy” at NYU – and talked with Samberg about starring with his “Saturday Night Live” idol, Sandler.

“It’s still surreal,” Samberg confessed. “A lot of times on set I would be sitting there staring and smiling at Adam. He’d say, ‘What's going on, buddy?’ and I’d be like, ‘Do Operaman”… then he’d break me off a little bit.”
