Her Italian ex-boyfriend is speaking out for the first time on questions he has about her behavior the day her roommate Meredith Kercher was murdered.told an Italian TV station that Amanda was at his house the day Kercher died in 2007, but had gone home to shower. When she returned, she was noticeably agitated because her front door had been broken in.
A tearful Amanda Knox appeared on “Good Morning America,” as ex boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, was caught while possibly trying to flee Italy. An Italian court has declared the former couple guilty of murdering Knox’s roommate, Meredith Kercher.
Stephen Colbert shut down his late-night comedy show this week to attend to his ailing 91-year-old mother in South Carolina. Comedy Central, which airs the show, will air repeat episodes until further notice.

According to the article, Knox, who spent four years in an Italian prison after being convicted of brutally murdering her roommate, Meredith Kercher, spent 22 hours a day inside an 18-ft.-by-13-ft. cell she shared with at least one inmate. Sometimes the tiny space would be occupied by up to three other inmates.
Shortly after Amanda Knox's murder conviction was overturned in an Italian courtroom Monday, celebrities took to Twitter, voicing their opinions and support of the American exchange student.
One such supporter was Donald Trump, who had a phone interview with CNN's Erin Burnett and said, "She was never guilty, all the evidence proved that. The prosecutor's got his own issues, he's got a terrible reputation and a terrible past."
