It looks like A-Rod has just struck out -- Madonna may have a new, younger guy in her life!

Madge was snapped with hot Brazilian model Jesus Luz at a Sao Paolo restaurant over the weekend. The Material Girl, 50, reportedly met the 21-year-old during a photo shoot and invited him to "one of her concerts."

Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez is talking for the first time about his relationship with Madonna.

A-Rod was blunt and to the point with People magazine, "We're friends - that's it."

The 33-year-old baseball babe is looking to put all rumors of a relationship to rest. Rodriguez claims the two did not join the mile high club, "I can tell you this, I have never been on a plane with her."

A-Rod was spotted rocking out in the front row of Madonna's Miami concert on Nov. 26. The athlete says he finds it humorous how exaggerated their relationship is, "I've been to two [of her] concerts, yet I've read that I went to 20. I've also read that we were buying an apartment together. That is absolutely ridiculous and not true."

After being spotted together in different cities this past week, rumors have been swirling that Madonna and Alex Rodriguez are searching for a love nest in the Big Apple!

Page Six reports that the pop queen and the Yankee are "discreetly looking at properties between Fifth and Park avenues, from just above 60th Street through the 80s." A New York insider spills, "Madonna personally came to look at one house a couple of months ago, and Alex has been looking recently... they want a house with a garage that you can drive into for additional privacy -- although those are rare and hard to come by."

Today, Madonna's rep tells "Extra" that the report is false, saying, "None of this is true."

The romance between the Material Girl and Rodriguez apparently began this summer. Since then, both Madge and A-Rod have split from their spouses, but there's been no formal confirmation of a relationship.

After reportedly meeting up on Turkey Day, Madonna and Alex Rodriguez were spotted in Mexico City over the weekend.

The 50-year-old pop queen was south of the border to perform on her "Sticky & Sweet" tour. A-Rod headed to Mexico City to inaugurate a new sports arena -- and spent time teaching kids the fundamentals of baseball. According to People magazine, when Alex was asked how he felt about being in town with the Material Girl, he told AP it was "very good."

"It's a pleasure to talk about baseball, to talk about the importance of keeping children off the streets, out of drugs and out of all the bad things that there are in this life," Rodriguez said in Spanish.

The alleged couple were also together at Madge's Miami concert where, according to E!, the Yankee handed the singer a water bottle on her break.

Not technically. Yankees third-baseman broke bread with his ex-wife Cynthia and daughters Natasha and Ella in Miami. After the meal A-Rod met up with Madge. The Daily News says A-Rod booked it to Madonna's home on Star Island.

On Wednesday night, Rodriguez sat front-row for Madonna's Miami concert at Dolphin's Stadium. E! reported the slugger passed the Queen of Pop a bottle of water from his seat.

Earlier this week rumors were rampant about Rodriguez planning to ditch his fam on Thanksgiving to spend time with Madonna in New York.

As rumors run wild as a turkey that Madonna and A-Rod are set to spend Thanksgiving together, the two were spotted exiting a private jet in Miami early Tuesday morning.

According to the NY Post, the jet left from a private airfield in Atlanta, where the Material Girl performed a "Sticky and Sweet" concert. When it touched down in Florida, Madge and Rodriguez hopped into the slugger's Mercedes Maybach and sped off.

Published reports suggested that Alex was foregoing time with his ex-wife and two young daughters to spend the holiday with Madonna, however, a source close to the Yankee nixed those reports, telling Us Weekly, "He's going to be with Cynthia and her entire family for Thanksgiving, and this has been planned for months. It's quite a big celebration -- they have a large family get-together every year."

Alex and his ex were spotted together in a very public display just hours after Rodriguez and Madonna exited the jet together. The father of two even cradled his daughter Ella, 1, as cameras snapped away.

Cynthia filed for divorce earlier this year, citing infidelity as a reason. Madonna's marriage to Guy Ritchie also ended recently, and the superstar couple was granted a quickie divorce last week.

UPDATE: Perez Hilton reports that the figure shown leaving Madonna's jet was not A-Rod, just the singer's manager, Guy Oseary.
