Kate Hudson is still keeping quiet about her beau Alex Rodriguez.
When pressed by David Letterman Thursday night, the "Nine" star, 30, said, "Yeah, he's a friend of mine. Nice guy."
When the "Late Show" host urged her to reveal how they met, Hudson giggled and said, "Can't we talk about the holidays?" She laughed as Letterman then asked her what they did together on Thanksgiving.
"So is he a nice guy?" Letterman went on.
Said Hudson, "Yeah, he's a nice guy. You just can't help yourself! You just can't! I knew it was going to come at some point!"
Forget pigging out on turkey!
Kate Hudson and Alex Rodriguez hit the gym together Thanksgiving Day.
The two were spotted in workout clothes at a Gold's Gym in Venice Beach, Calif. that morning.
Hudson kissed Rodriguez in front of more than 200 gymgoers, according to TMZ.com.
But their affection quickly wore off: they left the gym separately.
Kate Hudson spent the baseball season cheering on boyfriend Alex Rodriguez -- and his former manager Joe Torre thinks that it helped the Yankees win their 27th World Series.
"Somebody is relaxing him, that's all I can say, because he certainly looked like he enjoyed himself this year." Torre tells "Extra" in an interview to promote the Safe at Home Foundation, which raises awareness of domestic violence.
Torre goes on, "I know how important baseball is to him, so whatever the reason, it seems to be working."
Hudson, 30, and Rodriguez, 34, have been dating since May 2009.
Tune into tonight to see more of "Extra's" sit down with Joe Torre!
How did Kate Hudson quickly shed 20 pounds to play a terminally ill woman in drama "Earthbound"?
Cutting alcohol, she tells December's British Elle. And she admits it wasn't easy to stay on the wagon -- especially while spending time in NYC with boyfriend Alex Rodriguez.
"I love my glass of wine. I love tequila," she bemoans. "To be in New York for two weeks and not have one beverage! I'm not sure I've ever done that."
Hudson -- who falls in love with her doctor in the flick, played by Gael Garcia Bernal -- says she's not super skinny.
"I'm pretty solid, actually," says the actress, 30. "I'm not, like, 110lbs. But I'm probably heading towards that."
Hudson admits she's pleased with her looks for the moment, but wouldn't mind tweaking them as she ages.
"I was in a press conference once, and someone says, 'So, I can tell you've never had Botox!' Is that a compliment? Or are you trying to say I'm starting to get wrinkles?"
"Everyone's so obsessed with who gets Botox, but it's great! Are you kidding?" she goes on. "The fact that women can avoid going under the knife, and get a little Botox treat and not have to worry about it? I'm glad it's there for when it's time."
Hudson shares her thoughts on guys.
"I love boys... but I believe they're really simple. Every guy likes to say that they're complicated, but they're so easy to figure out," she says. "What did that Dr. Laura say? Something like, 'All men want is sex and for you to make them a sandwich.' I thought that was really funny -- and not entirely untrue."
Still, she's in no hurry to say "I do" to her New York Yankees beau anytime soon, despite engagement rumors.
She admits to the December 2009 issue of British Elle that she was recently spotted with a new ring -- but it was on the wrong finger!
"Did you know that it was this one, on my right hand? I hear about this, and I'm like, 'Why would I even respond?'" she says. "What would I say if you're going to lie about something ridiculous?"
The Philadelphia Phillies took the first game in the World Series last night, but celebrity Yankee fans, such as Jay-Z, aren't fazed by the loss.
"I grew up a Yankees fan," Jay tells "Extra," adding, "This goes way deep with me." The hip-hop mogul will perform his hit "Empire State of Mind" with fellow New Yorker Alicia Keys tonight at Game 2.
Michelle Obama and Jill Biden escorted Yogi Berra into the park. Yankees fans Alec Baldwin, Matthew McConaughey and Donald Trump were all at the game. Donald told "Extra" he's confident they'll take the title. "I think in the end the Yankees will win, but it's gonna be a very tough series."
The Phillies also had star power rooting for them -- Jon Gosselin, Will Smith, Bradley Cooper and Charlie Sheen are hoping for the Philly team to take it all the way.
Baseball's hottest wives and GFs were also on hand to cheer-on their sluggers. Kate Hudson and Minka Kelly rooted for A-Rod and Derek Jeter.
Game 2 of the World Series airs tonight on FOX.
Alex Rodriguez has been unstoppable on the baseball diamond this season -- and Yankee fans are thanking his golden girlfriend, Kate Hudson, for turning the team's luck around.
The slugger and the "Bride Wars" beauty became an item during the regular baseball season -- and Kate, 30, was soon a fixture at Yankee Stadium to cheer-on her man. On Friday night, A-Rod slammed a home run, pulling in two runs for the Bronx bombers and tying the game. The Yankees finally won 4-3, giving them a 2-0 lead in the best-of-five series against the Minnesota Twins.
Alex's performance on the field has changed considerably since he began dating the actress. Last year, the baseball star fell into a slump as his marriage fell apart and he was rumored to be dating Material Girl Madonna.
This isn't the first time sports fans have attributed a team's performance to a high-profile romance -- when Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo fell short during the 2007-2008 season, fans blamed then-girlfriend Jessica Simpson for "cursing" the NFL team.
Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez was not a fan of his personal chef crashing his Chevy Suburban in the Big Apple Wednesday morning.
It was reported A-Rob surveyed the damage and made a scene when he started yelling.
Rodriguez tells "Extra" don't believe rumors he lost his cool.
Actress Kate Hudson and slugger Alex Rodriguez are rumored to have been hooking up since last month -- and a new report suggests the blonde and the baseball star are heating up!
"It's somewhat serious," a source reveals to People magazine. "He introduced her to a bunch of his friends."
According to the magazine, the "Bride Wars" star followed A-Rod and the Yankees to Dallas last month, where the Bronx bombers played the Texas Rangers in a three-game series. Hudson and her son Ryder, 5, stayed at the same hotel as Alex, where the couple "worked out together in the fitness center."
The hotel source adds that Kate watched one of the games from the comfort of the hotel, and "she remarked several times about what a big baseball fan she is."
A-Rod was previously linked with Madonna, and Kate most recently dated Lance Armstrong.
