In this case the officer was being very professional, HOWEVER.... maybe she's had past experiences where the officer was being a complete @#! and the fact that she was 'impaired' just contributed to her letting loose this time.
I have had experiences where officers think they are 'above the law' just because they have a badge, and they're determined to make you pay - just because they can. I don't think any less of her.... some officers need to be called out.
I work in the business and when people look that thin on camera/in photos -- believe me, they look even thinner in person.
Thank goodness this girl has someone "normal" to be influenced by and not just that whole Jackson family.
