I’m definitely bummed to see the Kathy Griffin show cancelled it was really funny. I never missed an episode even though I was at work at DISH when it was on. I recorded both seasons on my DISH Hopper which can record and store up to 2,000 hours of entertainment. This way I keep all of my favorite episodes and play them back whenever I choose.
I was bummed to find out the Alabama Shakes didn’t take home a Grammy but was happy to see them perform on SNL. I thought ther performed wonderfully, live. I was at work at DISH when SNL was on but knew I wasn’t going to miss it, so I recorded it on my DVR. I set up my DISH Hopper to record this so that when I played it back I was able to start watching on multiple TVs, picking up where I left off. This made cleaning my house much more fun.
I loved watching this interview and I can’t wait to hear Streisand’s duet with her son and with Babyface! Based on this interview it sounds like Streisand’s son has a lot of talent, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! It was also great to hear about her 16 yr marriage to James Brolin as well. This interview gave me and my DISH coworkers plenty to talk about at work. Luckily I recorded it on my Hopper because when I played back the recording I was able to start watching on my living room TV and then continue watching on any TV in my house right where I left off.
The BET Awards 2012 have a really exciting line up for this year. I definitely can’t wait to watch. From Quentin Tarantino, one of my favorite minds in film, to Sameul L. Jackson to the very funny Kevin Hart, we’ll be in for a real treat this year. I won’t be watching live but I am going to record it on my Whole Home DVR. I’m thankful that my coworker at Dish recently recommended this upgrade to me. I love how I can start watching a show in the living room and pick up where I left off in the my bedroom, its so convenient when I’m trying to watch the kids and do laundry at the same time.
