Viagra for Women
Wednesday
May 16, 2001
Aphrodisiacs
have a long and spicy history. Roman orgies included
oysters and eels. The ancient Chinese secret was
ginseng. Now men have Viagra. But what about women?
|
They finally may have found the secret to sizzling sex. A number of new products are now out there to boost the ladies libido. The bubbling blue cocktail is packed with caffeine and herbs. Lari Williams can't keep Niagara on her store shelves. She says, “In a day we sold over 60,000 bottles."
Viacreme is another new passion product. The topical gel is supposed to increase a woman's sexual pleasure. But does it really work? We had two couples put it to the test.
At first “Temptation Island” temptress Vanessa Norris and boyfriend Micki Steef were a little skeptical. But after four tingly nights? Vaness says, “It's kinda tingly and warm, and then you feel like I’m a little fireball."
Sheri Thomas and Joey Scoleri got a major kick too. Sheri says, “It's exciting. It's like the craziest thing that's ever come along.”
While Joey says, "I just like the fact that's she's more excited."
Excited maybe, but are these products good for you? Dr. Peter Weiss says, “You have to be careful about it."
Dr. Weiss says any sexual stimulation is probably more mental than anything. He says, “I can give you sugar water or chocolate cream to use and that would work probably as well."
So whether it's chocolate, oysters, Niagara or Viacreme, if you think it's making your sex life better, it probably is.
