Last year, she lost a bet, so “Extra’s” Maria Menounos hosted the show from Times Square in a NY Giants bikini after her hometown New England Patriots lost in the Super Bowl. This year, it's Mario Lopez’s turn to make good on his Super Bowl bet at "Extra's" home at The Grove.

After much preparation and smack talk from Maria, San Francisco 49ers fan Mario donned a Baltimore Ravens helmet and purple underwear from his Rated M Underwear line and sprinted throughout The Grove on Tuesday.
