Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez has reportedly agreed to pay $10 million for a sprawling summer home in the Hamptons, says the New York Post.
According to the Post, the mansion in Water Mill, NY, sits on a private cul-de-sac and has eight bedrooms, seven baths, a theater, pool and more amenities.
Built in 2004, the home was previously listed as a summer rental, going for $425,000 from Memorial Day to Labor Day!
It took two years, but Christina Aguilera has finally sold the Beverly Hills mansion made famous by Ozzy and Sharon’s “Osbournes” reality show.Trulia.com reports that Xtina first listed the house around the time of her split with ex Jordan Bratman, but at $13.5 million, the 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom estate didn’t seem to budge. Eventually, Aguilera accepted a lower offer of $11.5 million, according to property records. Check out the listing here.
