Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez has reportedly agreed to pay $10 million for a sprawling summer home in the Hamptons, says the New York Post.

According to the Post, the mansion in Water Mill, NY, sits on a private cul-de-sac and has eight bedrooms, seven baths, a theater, pool and more amenities.

Trulia.com reports that Xtina first listed the house around the time of her split with ex Jordan Bratman, but at $13.5 million, the 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom estate didn’t seem to budge.
