Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi have just purchased a 10,522 square foot mansion for $26.5 million in Montecito, Calif.
The 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom Italian villa is situated on 13 acres of property that includes elevated stone terraces, fountains, a swimming pool and landscaped gardens with ocean, harbor and mountain views. According to the Post, the mansion in Water Mill, NY, sits on a private cul-de-sac and has eight bedrooms, seven baths, a theater, pool and more amenities.
The former “American Idol” judge has toured the estate several times in recent weeks with her 5-year-old twins, Max and Emme, and boyfriend Casper Smart, 25.Built in 2004, the home was previously listed as a summer rental, going for $425,000 from Memorial Day to Labor Day!
It took two years, but Christina Aguilera has finally sold the Beverly Hills mansion made famous by Ozzy and Sharon’s “Osbournes” reality show.
Trulia.com reports that Xtina first listed the house around the time of her split with ex Jordan Bratman, but at $13.5 million, the 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom estate didn’t seem to budge.
