Veterinarian and "Extra" Lifechanger Dr. Annie Harvilicz gave her best advice for dog owners who want to keep man's best friend healthy and happy.
The animal specialist believes raw food diets consisting of too much protein are harmful for dogs, so owners should feed their pups home-cooked meals. She insists that's the best way to keep your dog full and fit.
Dr. Annie also shared how to approach someone in your life who has recently lost their furry little friend. She say's the worst thing you can do is say, "just get another one. Because sometimes when you say get another pet, you're not respecting that they've had a loss in their life and it can't just be easily replaced. But really it's up to the individual."
