“Grey’s Anatomy” has just added a fresh face to Seattle Grace Hospital.

Chyler Leigh, best know for starring in the 2001 spoof “Not Another Teen Movie,” has signed on to play Dr. Meredith Grey’s half-sister Lexie Grey.

A rep for ABC Television Studios told People that Chyler, 25, will be a series regular as the new intern at the hospital!

Isaiah Washington is fighting mad since being fired from “Grey’s Anatomy,” and he’s blaming Patrick Dempsey for the blow-up that resulted in his infamous homophobic slur.

Last night on “Larry King Live,” Isaiah said he lost his cool when he confronted Patrick for being late to the set.

Isaiah was ready to start shooting, but Patrick wanted to wait for Ellen Pompeo before the scene began.

“Grey’s Anatomy” fans are already missing Kate Walsh, but the gorgeous redhead is revealing to “Extra” why her spin-off show, “Private Practice,” might be even better than “Grey’s.”

“Basically, where ‘Grey’s’ is sort of people who worked together that become friends, these are all friends that decided to form a private practice,” Kate explained.

Also, with the addition of hotties Tim Daly and Taye Diggs, the series is sure to gain the type of following that “Grey’s” has with its McDreamys and McSteamys!

Though Isaiah Washington has said he’s “not angry” about being fired from “Grey’s Anatomy,” he’s now claiming now ABC made a mistake.

“They fired the wrong guy,” Isaiah told his hometown paper, The Houston Chronicle. "I have to clear my name. I'll start from the beginning. I'm telling everything."

Isaiah, 43, came under fire last fall when he reportedly got into a fight with co-star Patrick Dempsey and used a gay slur against his co-star T.R. Knight.

Ex-"Grey's Anatomy" star Isaiah Washington, who used homophobic slurs against co-star T.R. Knight and got axed from the show, is finding support from an unlikely source.

A prominent lesbian and gay activist is circulating an online petition to ABC in an effort to get Washington his job back.

The petition states that axing Washington "further adds to a disturbing new trend at ABC wherein minority actors have been dismissed at an alarming rate over the past two years. Blacks, including...Star Jones ('The View'), Harold Perrineau ('Lost'), Alfre Woodard, Mehcad Brooks and Page Kennedy ('Desperate Housewives') have been let go...One must ask themselves, what is going on?"
