Singer Lady Gaga, who topped the Forbes Celebrity 100 List, sat down with "Extra's" Steve Santagati in the Big Apple for an exclusive chat about being on the list, her album "Born This Way"... and making an Italian meal!

On beating Oprah on the Forbes list, the singer was humbled. "That's very nice, only Oprah is infinitely more important and influential than me. I'm just grateful to have even ever met her, really. What matters most to me is how the fans feel about the work that I'm doing and the music. But it's always really, really nice to get compliments like that. I really appreciate it."

Abdicating talk queen Oprah Winfrey was wowed by the show of love and support at the "Surprise Oprah: A Farewell Spectacular" in Chicago on Thursday, and "Extra" was there to help the legendary TV host celebrate her moment.

"This is what I have to say about this night... Most people never live to see it," she told "Extra's" AJ Calloway in an exclusive one-on-one. "You know that? Most people never live to see it."

Oprah continued, "I'm still trying to wrap my brain around it. I can't even... I was talking to Jamie Foxx about that for a while and he said, 'What was that?' and I go 'What WAS that?' I don't know. I was able to really receive it in a way that I didn't think I could. All day long I was like, 'Accept the love, accept the love, accept the love...'

"There's always things, you know, bumps we have in the road and as long as I am focusing on the one thing I need to put first in my life, which is my recovery and stuff, and I'm doing good and that's most important for me."
