After eight successful seasons, "Desperate Housewives" came to a close Sunday night in a two-hour episode which included a wedding, a birth and the death of a beloved character.
As the ABC hit series comes to a close after eight seasons, the cast of "Desperate Housewives" reminisces about their first impressions of each other, and how the show has changed their lives.
"Desperate Housewives" co-star James Denton sat down with "Extra's" AJ Calloway, and spoke about his character's shocking death that was revealed in Nicollette Sheridan's wrongful termination and battery case in court.
Having to testify was "brutal," and Denton went on to explain, "Part of [Sheridan's] case is that they hadn't killed off any big characters except Edie, so they asked me, and I was like, 'Technically, yeah, we haven't.' The next witness was one of our producers. They ask him and he's like, 'Well, except for Mike Delfino."
Executive Producer George Perkins took the stand in the Nicollette Sheridan wrongful termination and battery case, and when asked if any character as big as Sheridan's had been killed off, he revealed James Denton's character will die in this Sunday's episode.
Perkins shifted uncomfortably in his seat before making the revelation, which drew gasps from a packed courtroom on Thursday. Two female jurors clasped their mouths.
Teri Hatcher recently spoke with "Extra's" Terri Seymour to dish on a nude scene for the last season of her ABC show, "Desperate Housewives." Hatcher, who recently shot the scene, said, "I don't know why they keep writing that for me!"
Seymour looked the actress up and down, and pointed out, "Hello?! That's why they keep writing it for you!"

The women of Wisteria Lane are going to be doing what they do best: covering up a murder. Star Eva Longoria, who plays sultry Gabrielle Solis, explained. "It kind of goes back to one mystery connecting all four of us. And this murder of my stepfather provides for so much drama, but so much comedy -- and all of us trying to keep it a secret."
