Celebrity Scandals
Investigative journalist and writer Ian Halperin says Arnold Schwarzenegger is writing a tell-all book. In a new interview with "Extra," Halperin revealed, "I've recently learned that Arnold signed a major, major publishing deal with top New York publishing house."

Ian backs his claim, saying, "I've learned from three of Arnold Schwarzengger's friends that he signed a major publishing deal... and is about to release his memoirs."

Rapper Flo Rida was arrested Thursday morning in Miami Beach after he allegedly swerved in his red and black 2008 Bugatti shortly before 4:00 AM.
The "Low" rapper, real name Tramar Dillard, was then charged with driving under the influence and on a suspended license -- and reportedly admitted he had been drinking.
According to the Miami Herald, Flo Rida reportedly told the cops as they began to administer a sobriety test, "Officer, I can't do this," he said. "I can't walk a straight line. I had a few drinks."
The rapper was taken to the Miami Beach Police Department, where he remains in custody.
The 31-year-old's song "Low," and "Right Round" both hit the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Arnold Schwarzenegger has escaped L.A. to ride out the storm -- on a bike -- in a quiet town in Idaho, according to TMZ.

The "Terminator" star went for a solo ride outside of his home in Ketchum looking very pensive. In addition to fathering a love child with his housekeeper, being on the brink of divorce from Maria Shriver, and his animated series "The Governator" being officially put on hold, now the California Attorney General is launching an inquiry against the 63-year-old two-timer.

In the wee hours of Thursday morning -- 5:02 A.M. -- Lindsay Lohan turned herself in at Lynwood Jail, where it was determined she was eligible to serve her sentence at home.
An overcrowded jail and the fact that she is a non-violent offender qualified the starlet to receive house arrest in lieu of county lockup. Lohan was fitted with an electronic ankle bracelet and released in less than an hour. A booking photo was not taken.
Lindsay is also fulfilling her 480 hours of community service, in which she is expected to serve janitorial duty at a women's shelter downtown, as well as in the L.A. County morgue.

In light of Arnold Schwarzenegger's double life, the California Attorney General will launch an "inquiry" into the former Governor's misuse of taxpayer funds to cover up sexual liaisons, according to RadarOnline.
The Office of the Attorney General said they plan on conducting a preliminary evaluation of Arnold's sexual escapades in which he allegedly used state-funded security details to cover up women being escorted into his hotel room.
William Taylor, a veteran hotel security officer told the National Enquirer he saw Schwarzenegger using California Highway Patrol officers and vehicles to escort women in and out of a suite at the Sacramento Hyatt Regency Hotel, which the Governor and Maria Shriver frequented.

Actress and model Estella Warren was arrested after allegedly slamming into three cars, kicking a police officer and later escaped from the police station, according to TMZ.
Warren, who co-starred in "Planet of the Apes," struck several cars while driving on Monday night, just before midnight. The actress was spotted by police, who pulled her over and placed her under arrest for drunk driving. Warren resisted arrest, kicking an officer before being taken to the station in handcuffs.
While she was getting booked, she somehow managed to get out of her handcuffs and run out the back door!

Actor/singer Rick Springfield was arrested by L.A. cops Sunday night on suspicion of drunk driving.
The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department reported the rocker was stopped around 8:00 PM in Malibu, after a deputy spotted him speeding on Pacific Coast Highway in a 1963 Corvette.
The department stated Springfield's blood-alcohol content was .10 percent.
The singer was released early Monday morning and is due in court July 5.
In the misdemeanor theft charge for the necklace she allegedly stole, Lindsay Lohan will plead no contest. Perhaps she is trying to move on with her life and focus on her career -- as she stated in her interview with Jay Leno earlier this week.

Lohan's attorney, Shawn Holley, will enter the plea to Judge Stephanie Sautner possibly next week. The actress had been previously sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service for violating her probation. Both Lohan and Holley hope the judge will not add more jail time on the theft charge, which will most likely not happen, according to sources.
