The awards season kicked off in earnest on Wednesday with the announcement of the nominees for the 2014 Screen Actors Guild Awards.
The nominations were announced by “Rizzoli & Isles” star Sasha Alexander and “Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” actor Clark Gregg.

Rapper Jay Z led the 2014 Grammy Award nominations with nine, with left-of-centre rappers Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and singer Lorde scoring major nods.
Pharrell Williams and Justin Timberlake both earned seven nominations, but Timberlake’s “The 20/20 Experience” album failed to snag any nods in the top categories.
LL said about the concert on Friday, “I always want the show to be fun and exciting for people. I don't take myself seriously, but I take the show seriously, and I want people to enjoy themselves and have a good time.”
This year, LL’s former co-host Taylor Swift will perform via satellite from her tour in Australia. LL said, “Taylor’s a great performer and she’s one of the people that the world enjoys. Part of what makes the Grammys special is that we just bring the greatest artists of the world together in different genres and deliver them to the people in a cool way, and I think beaming her in is kind of sexy
Seymour also spoke to Miguel, who will perform with Keith Urban. “We both can't wait to perform. I think it's going to be a special moment.”
