Jessica Simpson Reveals How She Lost the Weight After Baby No. 2
She's one hot mama, and now Jessica Simpson is sharing her weight loss secrets after her second pregnancy in two years.
The fashion mogul and “almost husband” Eric Johnson welcomed daughter Maxwell in May 2012 and son Ace in June 2013.
In a new interview with USA Today, the Weight Watchers spokeswoman said she used the program's two-week Simple Start plan to get back on track following Ace's birth.
Simpson admitted she's "not good at chopping,” and brings in outside help to prepare healthy family meals. The singer works out four days a week with personal trainer Harley Pasternak, but that's not the only time she's burning calories.
"With both kids I'm running up and down my stairs a million times," she said. "Kids can keep your metabolism going."
The 33-year-old added, "Eric and I go on walks together. I try and walk about four miles a day consistently. It makes me feel better."
The couple is currently planning their wedding, and Jessica has been "pulling all kinds of sketches for dresses and colors. It's a good goal for me. It's good for me to feel the best I've ever felt when I walk down the aisle."
Does the couple plan to have more children in the future? "I can't even think about being pregnant again," Simpson said, adding, "I would never say never."
