Royal Baby Due Date: Camilla Gives Impromptu Speech, Says 'End of Week'
Kate Middleton's due date was estimated around July 13, but the royal baby still hasn't arrived. Now, Prince William's stepmother, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, is dropping hints about when the little prince or princess will be born.
During an impromptu speech at a public engagement in Cornwall, she said, "We are all just waiting by the telephone. We are hopeful that by the end of the week he or she will be here.”
If the baby is delivered on Wednesday, the heir will share a birthday with Camilla.
The Duchess of Cambridge, who went on maternity leave in June, plans to give birth to the third-in-line to the throne at St. Mary's Hospital, the same place Princess Diana gave birth to William and Prince Harry.
