Kim Kardashian's After-Baby Weight Loss Plan
New mom Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Kanye West welcomed a baby girl on Saturday, and now Kim reportedly can’t wait to hit the gym to lose her pregnancy weight.told Us Weekly, “She’s already looking ahead to when she can exercise again.” Another insider added, “She really wants to get back into shape. It’s important to her.”
Rumor has it Kim will hire personal trainer to the stars Gunnar Peterson to help shed the pounds. The A-list trainer recently assisted younger sister Khloe with her 25-pound slimdown.
For now, Kardashian is trying to stay away from sweets while she’s in the hospital.
A source told the mag, “She has over 30 bouquets from loved ones. She told everyone not to bring sweets – she said she doesn’t need any temptations.”
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star and her firstborn will reportedly stay at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center until the baby – who was born five weeks early – reaches five pounds.
In other Kim and Kanye news, Us now reports that the child’s name does not start with a K! Earlier this week, an insider told HollywoodLife.com, “Kai Georgia Donda West has been mentioned,” which pays tribute to Kanye’s late mother. MTV News reported the name will be Kaidence Donda West.
