Rocker Ozzy Osbourne will take the stage at an upcoming charity event to help raise money for women and girls.

Kathy Griffin will emcee the L.A. Gay and Lesbian Center's "An Evening with Women" fundraiser, which will also include performances by Natasha Beddingfield and Sia.

“I'm so honored to be hosting this year,” Kathy said in a statement. “It's a fantastic cause for the LGBT community and it's so rare Ozzy Osbourne and I get to have our lesbian time together, so that will be nice.”

The benefit, which raised more than $450,000 last year, supports vital, lifesaving services and enrichment programs for women in Los Angeles.

Tickets to the event start at $300 and can be purchased at AnEveningWithWomen.org.
