Actress Charlize Theron was a fashion favorite at the Oscars on Sunday, but it was her heroic efforts backstage while helping a security guard that really made her stand out.

According to E! News, Theron rushed to the aid of an Oscar staff member suffering from a seizure backstage before the show began… all while dressed to the nines!

Charlize didn’t miss a beat afterward, floating onstage with dance partner Channing Tatum.
