Reality TV darling Kim Kardashian graces the March cover of DuJour magazine, showing off her famous curves and baby bump in her first photo shoot since announcing she is pregnant.

Wearing a simple yet chic bikini, the 32-year-old mom-to-be said she feels "so blessed and excited and ready for the next phase,” which includes visiting the gym and eating healthy. "I used to always say I can't wait to get pregnant because I will just eat whatever I want, but it's completely different. I'm like, 'OK, I want to eat as healthy as possible.'"

Kim is also looking forward to being a little less in the spotlight. "My boyfriend [Kanye] has taught me a lot about privacy," she explained. "I'm ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I'm realizing everyone doesn't need to know everything. I'm shifting my priorities."
