Alas, you won’t see Honey Boo Boo’s mom June on “DWTS” any time soon. TLC has quashed rumors that June Shannon is joining the competition show.

The “Dancing with the Stars” gossip started when an ABC insider told the New York Daily News that the “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo Child” favorite could be a contestant next season, but it isn’t to be.

Mama June’s new active lifestyle would have been put to the test with the “DWTS” workouts. She recently told HuffPo, "I have lost 115 pounds, but that's because I’m on the go. We love fried food, but I lost that weight because I’m more active doing things.”

now how is it that honey boo boo's gross mom is a star; why would she be chosen over all these stars in & out of hollywood! this is ridiculous & why is it news? ugh!!!
