Carrie Underwood on Grammys Performance Dress

February 11, 2013 Grammy Awards

Country superstar Carrie Underwood dazzled on the Grammys red carpet in an embroidered black strapless Roberto Cavalli gown and $31-million worth of Johnathon Arndt gems.

Then, Underwood took the stage to perform her hit “Blown Away” in a giant silver ball gown, designed by THEIA, on which gorgeous images were projected.

Carrie told “Extra’s” AJ Calloway backstage how she was able to pull off such an elaborate outfit. “I was actually barefoot and standing on apple boxes.” She added it took a lot of people to make it all perfect.

With six Grammys, AJ asked Carrie where she keeps all her trophies. “I bought this gorgeous old curio cabinet. It’s all green and gold and kind of ornate. It’s my fancy curio cabinet and they go in there.”
