Angelina Jolie: 'My Kids Eat Crickets Like Doritos'

Crickets don’t sound very appetizing, but apparently Angelina Jolie’s kids love to eat the little buggers... fried of course.
The “Maleficent” star explained that while traveling in Cambodia, where 9-year-old son Maddox was adopted, she introduced the children to the local flavor. "My boys love to eat crickets,” she said. “It's their favorite thing. They ate them like Doritos."
Eventually, Angelina put a stop to the cricket craze. She said, "I had to actually ban the cricket eating at some point, because I was afraid they were gonna get sick from too many, but they're good -- they are like a potato chip."
The mother of six is a bit more hesitant about tarantula on a stick or spider soup. The 34-year-old said, "I don't know if I can get around the fur, but you gotta try everything."
