dear steve;
i was watching your show january 23 with ian smith about the shred diet .i am having health issues and would like to have copy of the book. i have tried many things and i have begun to some what do my own thing to lose weight but i will lose some then gain it back. his way of doing the weight loss seem to me sensible and not hard to follow. at the present time i weight 268 and i am only 5 and one have. i am 66 years old and i have not lived life to its fullest. i have plenty to do with God's help. please do not announce this publicly. may God bless you.
