Video! Selena Gomez Sings 'Cry Me a River'

Weeks after her split from Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez put her feelings to music with an acoustic cover of Justin Timberlake’s “Cry Me a River.”

Before launching into the song, she told the crowd at a private concert benefiting UNICEF, "I've been through a lot the past few months. It's been weird and sad and cool. This song definitely speaks to me."

Although Gomez never mentioned Bieber’s name, the message was pretty clear, considering the Biebs performed the same cover when the couple split a few months ago.

Moving forward, fans can expect a lot more attitude from Selena. Before the show, she told Us Weekly that she’s a “little bit more mouthy” on her new album. "I'm a little bit older,” she explained. “I've got a little more sass. [I'm] telling a lot more, too."

She added mysteriously, "Everything happens for a reason, so enjoy every moment."
