So, let's see...the interviewer shows a clip of Sofia Vergara on her first Pepsi commercial where she is in a bathing suit and has a lovely natural figure--truly perfect. But now that Vergara has obviously had breast enlargement and who knows what other enhancements, the interviewer is gushing about her "perfect" body. Great message, Extra!
