Danny and Sandy Reunite for 'Grease'-Themed Christmas Video

It’s a “Grease” reunion! Nearly 35 years after John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John rode into the sunset as Danny and Sandy, they are paying homage to their hit movie musical with a new Christmas video!
In an exclusive interview with “Extra,” Travolta explained, “We're driving in a '55 T-Bird and we're dressed kind of like we were then… at the end of the video we are going off in the car like we did in ‘Grease.’” Check it out on iTunes!The duo also teamed up for a holiday album called “This Christmas,” with all proceeds going to the Jett Travolta Foundation, in honor of Travolta’s late son, and the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Center.
“We were friends for all this time, and I think that speaks for itself. There’s nothing more magical than feeling bonded together,” Travolta said. Olivia added, “And giving back, which is what is so important in life.”
A few famous friends joined them on the album, including Barbra Streisand and Tony Bennett.
“Every time I heard their voices with our voices I cried,” Travolta said. “Their sentiment toward my son and toward Olivia's hospital -- the whole thing meant so much to me.”
