Jeremy Renner on 'SNL': Making Fun of 'Avengers' and Petraeus

Actor Jeremy Renner hosted “Saturday Night Live” for the first time this weekend, making fun of “The Avengers,” Gen. David Petraeus' cheating scandal and his action movie chops in a “Stand Off” digital short. Just watch the videos!

First, see Jeremy spoof his Hawkeye character from “The Avengers.” It seems when he runs out of arrows, the archer is sort of useless.

In one of three Gen. Petraeus skits, the “SNL” cast pokes fun at the sensational story with help from "The Situation Room."

Renner shows off his action skills in a three-man, six-gun stand off! Keep an eye out for a special cameo appearance by Adam Levine.

I would have to say that the Avengers parody was my favorite skit. The best tag line was Bill Hader as Thor saying, “Does anyone have a scrunchy?” I did like the Coroner as well! I was working late last night at DISH, so I couldn’t catch the show live. I was able to see the show this morning on DISH Online, though. It was pretty great! I sure hope he hosts again in the future, and I can’t wait to see his new movies coming out soon.
