If you are reality TV star Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson and you don’t want to answer a question, it’s easy… just pretend to be asleep.
In a preview clip from Tuesday’s episode of "Dr. Drew" on HLN, the "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" star feigned sleep so she didn’t have to answer host Dr. Drew Pinsky's questions.

The 7-year-old finally told Dr. Drew she doesn’t like being on TV because “fans come up to me and I hate it.”
Dr. Drew later told “Extra’s” Mario Lopez he thought Alana’s response was authentic. “In the moment, she hates being on TV with you.”
Does Pinsky think Honey BB is being exploited? “If she's, in a conscious way, consenting to it and they're getting something back, it's hard to say that's exploitation.”
