Former “Bachelor” star Melissa Rycroft stepped back onto the dance floor on Monday night, despite suffering from head and neck injuries during a “Dancing with the Stars” rehearsal.

“I’m on a little medication right now, but I’m officially cleared to dance” she explained to the crowd before joining “Team Call Me Maybe” for a group freestyle dance number.

According to her rep, Melissa was rushed to the hospital on Sunday and diagnosed with a disc herniation at the C4-C5 level of her cervical spine.

Partner Tony Dovolani explained in a pre-taped “DWTS” segment, “The sneaker kinda got stuck and her neck cracked.”

People posted video of the injury, showing Melissa clutching her neck and writhing in pain.
