“Extra’s” Mario Lopez sat down with actor Denzel Washington to talk about the upcoming drama “Flight,” working with Brad Pitt and his next film with Mark Wahlberg… a comedy!

In “Flight,” Denzel plays an airline pilot who saves a flight from crashing but when an investigation is launched, something troubling is revealed.
The Oscar buzz is already building around Washington’s performance. He told Mario, “You just got to try and keep a lid on it and not get too crazy and see what happens.”
As for possibility of working with Brad Pitt, Washington replied, “I saw something in the paper. I called my agent. He said, ‘We don't know anything about it.’”
The “Flight” check-in starts November 2.
