“X-Factor’s” Simon Cowell and actress Carmen Electra sparked romance rumors on Saturday when they stepped out for an intimate dinner in Los Angeles.

Carmen looked stunning with her hair in a high ponytail and wearing a short navy blue dress when the “Britain’s Got Talent” judges hit Cecconi’s in West Hollywood on Sept. 22. Simon appeared comfy in jeans and a gray sweater.

“They were really into each other,” a fellow diner told In Touch. “At one point, they were talking real close.” Afterward, they posed for photos outside. He placed his hand on her back and she held his hand as they got into the car.

When Simon, 53, first hired Carmen, 40, to join him on “BGT,” he told the press he picked her because, “She has the best set of… teeth I have ever seen.”
