“Modern Family” actress Sofia Vergara stopped by with her family to chat with “Extra’s” Maria Menounos on the 2012 Emmys red carpet. She not only showed off her curves in a gorgeous teal Zuhair Murad dress but also her beautiful diamond engagement ring.
Sofia gushed about bringing her family to the event. “I brought a lot of people from my family. They wanted to come here with me. There are 19 people, and they love coming here with me, so we have a great time.”

What did Vergara eat before she slipped into her gown? “The thing is that I get a little anxious and I eat a lot. All my family was in the hotel, so we ordered a big buffet from the room service. I had coffee and cake for breakfast.”
Then the TV star laughed that when she looked into the mirror before she left, she thought, “I look like a transvestite!”
