I sent my complaint to, as I also watch Extra daily, and was still on the site trying to win "free" earrings, while the Dr was still talking, however the site said "sold out" already, hmmmmmm I think NOT...
I watch Extra daily, today they had a "free" giveaway of a pair of earrings , within seconds of hearing "be the first 9000 to click on" I was there and on your site while he was still talking, however, ALREADY at that time, the item was "SOLD OUT" hmmmmm this is just another bogus online ploy to get the general public to spend on something else,,,

I had the same thing happen to me. I think that the East Coast views the show first hand so by the time that all of us here on the West Coast see the show, it's too late. That is pretty much not too cool but all too common.

This was too frustrating. After I finally realized that I had to sign in AGAIN, not open a new account, then it stalled out for an hour, then it finally told me they had given away all the "prizes". Wow. If you're going to set up a give-away like this, at least have your web site set up to handle the traffic.
I think you owe a whole lot of people some extra gifts. Shame on you! "Dr. Gadget" should have a functioning computer site!! Time to "get your gadget on"!!
