Reality TV star Camille Grammer could snag roughly $30 million in her divorce from Kelsey Grammer.

Sources told TMZ the two are close to signing their final property settlement agreement. With the three homes they owned while they were married, the total assets when they are sold should be around $60 million, of which Camille gets half. They have two children together.

Camille, who recently exited “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” filed for divorce from Kelsey in 2010. He has since remarried.
